บริษัท เร็ปคอน จำกัด ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ.2538 โดยมีคนไทยถือหุ้น100 % ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มผู้ก่อตั้ง ซึ่งเป็นวิศวกร ที่มีความรู้ ความชำนาญ ด้านงานก่อสร้าง พบว่าอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย ยังขาดผู้รับจ้างที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง ได้แก่ งานซ่อมแซมโครงสร้าง งานเสริมความแข็งแรงโครงสร้าง งานระบบกันซึม งานป้องกันโครงสร้างจากสารเคมี งานพื้น Epoxy และพื้นโรงงาน เป็นต้น
     บริษัท เร็ปคอน จำกัด จึงได้ถือกำเนิดขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะรวบรวมวิศวกร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางด้านต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับงานก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้บริการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านวิศวกรรม และพัฒนาคุณภาพของงานก่อสร้างให้มีอายุการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน คุ้มค่ากับการลงทุนทางเศรษฐกิจ
       ปีพ.ศ. 2545 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัท เป็น บริษัท เร็ปคอน เซอร์วิส จำกัด โดยมี คุณชัยสวัสดิ์ ศรีรัตนรัฐ เป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการ

      Repcon Co., Ltd was established since 1995; under the belt by a group of Thais. The experienced engineers together with the skillfulness and knowledge in the Construction area had affiliated with the same purpose of doing business. By knowing profoundly of the demand on the lack of Construction’s specialist in the country, such as, Concrete Repair & Renovation, Structure Strengthening, Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor coating & Acidproof lining Ceramic Insulation.
      Consequently, Repcon Co., Ltd had made its way to become the rescue team for Engineering’s sort of problems and developing the quality of construction.
      In 2002, Repcon Co., Ltd was then become Repcon Service Co., Ltd by the administration of Khun Chaisawat Srirattanarat (Managing Director)
